Africa Energy Forum

From 22nd to 25th April 2012 the Afrikaverein has been organizing the 6th German-African Energy Forum in Hamburg and Hanover, Germany. 500 German and African participants from the economic, political and institutional sector joined the evnet. An important topic of the conference was the expansion of the renewable energies in Africa.

Russom Semere, Technical Director of Phaesun Germany, was invited to give a presentation on small scale solutions for Off-Grid Power supply. Furthermore Phaesun presented their Off-Grid Expertise with an information booth.

The Forum has  evolved as the leading platform for German-African energy relations.
