Payment

Payments can be made via bank transfer. The bank details are given on every Phaesun document including the Phaesun-offers, order confirmations and pro-forma invoices etc.

Payment via Paypal will be accepted soon.

From new customers we always require prepayment. If the customer then wants to change the terms of payment, it is necessary to complete the credit application form. The credit application form is available from our sales team or can be downloaded in the download section for logged-in users.

Once we have received the credit application form the sales team will decide on an individual term of payment in cooperation with the customer. The term of payment will be entered in the customer data set.
