For this year's catalog we have come up with something
completely new. We have merged both previous annual
catalogs into one bilingual version. As usual, there
are many new products that we have included in our
catalog.

SelfChill:
A strong cooperation of three institutions:
University of Hohenheim, Solar Cooling Engineering and
Phaesun for solar cooling. SelfChill is an innovation to
promote the use of solar energy for cooling. The video

The smarter E Award Finalist 2020:
As
part of the REvivED water Innovation and
Development project, Phaesun and other project
partners have developed an innovative
solar-powered system for the desalination and
purification of brackish water based on
electrodialysis (ED).
This is now among the finalists for the the smart
E award 2020!
Phaesun commissioned the first pilot plant at a
saline well in the village of Beyo Gulan in the
desert of Somaliland in May 2018.
Until then, the villagers and passing nomads had
used the well water as drinking water and for
watering their livestock, although the high salt
content and pollution were harmful to health. With
the new system, the 300 villagers and passing
nomads now have a reliable source of clean
drinking water all year round.

Important news:
Due to COVID-19,
there will be delays at the Augsburg fairground. The
Off-Grid Expo + Conference will therefore now take
place from 3 - 4 December 2020 (with TechDay on 2
December 2020). The new date has the advantage,
especially for international guests, that the trip
to Germany in the early pre-Christmas period brings
with it additional cultural highlights.

Victron Energy B.V. training system:
A
new training system is available in our showroom.
Jürgen from our technical sales department has built
a training system of Victron Energy B.V. articles.
With this we can explain the articles to our
visitors directly on site in practice and thus
improve our service.

Caravan Salon 2020:
Dear Phaesun partners
and customers,
After careful consideration we have decided
not to participate in this year's Caravan
Salon Düsseldorf. The health risks for
visitors, customers, dealers and employees
simply cannot be foreseen in the current
situation.
All the more we are looking forward to 2021,
where we will celebrate our 20th anniversary
properly!
We will continue to be available to you as
usual, at any time online and by telephone.

WRM 20 Western CO.:We are pleased to
present the new charge controller for
photovoltaic applications WRM20 from our
partner WESTERN CO.
WRM20 is a complete solution for off-grid PV
systems, to supply power to road signs
systems, lighting systems, small low voltage
systems and for recharge of batteries inside
caravans or boats.
Several programs of load management,
selectable by the user, make WRM20 the
complete solution in many applications i.e. to
supply power to CCTV cameras that have to work
only during the day, or for blinking light
systems/road signs that have to work only
during the night, or to supply power to
lighting systems that have to work only for a
certain number of hours during the night.

Plant
for agricultural irrigation:Phaesun
France has developed a system for agricultural
irrigation in cooperation with the company
Irrifrance. It provides an alternative resource
that limits water scarcity, conserves natural
resources and can alleviate water shortages caused
by climate change. Thanks to the solar swivel
joint, the pivot works completely autonomously.
