We are hiring a Technical Advisor Solar Systems / Off-Grid (m/f/d) full-time.
This role is ideal for someone who comes from a technical or hands-on background and wants to bring that experience into a more structured, office-based position. Instead of being out in the field every day, you’ll use your knowledge to support customers, guide decisions, and help turn technical complexity into clear, workable solutions.
You’ll act as an interface between customers, sales, and technology – handling technical inquiries, supporting the design and evaluation of solar and off-grid systems, and helping ensure that our consulting is practical, reliable, and easy to understand.

We’re looking for someone who can structure information, communicate clearly, and support both customers and colleagues with solid, solution-oriented thinking.
You might come from the field as an installer / electrician / technician, or bring a strong technical understanding and the ability to quickly work your way into systems and products. What matters most is your mindset: reliable, hands-on, and focused on making solutions work in practice.
